Privacy Contact and ID protection notice
The platform collects only the information needed to create accounts, verify helpers, process marketplace payments, and protect users from fee bypassing. Government-issued ID documents are used for verification and should be stored securely, restricted to authorized review, and retained only as long as required for legitimate business, safety, fraud prevention, and legal purposes.
Contact information, exact addresses, emails, phone numbers, and social media handles must not be posted publicly. Direct contact details are released only after the required platform fee has been paid.
Helper government ID documents are used only for platform verification and are not shown to customers or public job bidders. After payment, the customer may see the helper's private verification photo and matching platform code to confirm that the person arriving is the helper verified by the platform.
Customer accounts are retained for one year unless renewed, closed, or removed earlier according to platform rules. Individual helper accounts are retained for one month unless renewed, closed, or removed earlier. Account holders are responsible for renewing their own accounts before expiry.

The platform does not mediate disputes and is not an arbitrator, tribunal, court, insurer, or legal representative for any customer or helper. If a dispute arises between a customer and a helper, the parties are responsible for seeking redress from the appropriate authorities, court, tribunal, regulator, insurer, or other lawful process.
Once the required platform fees have been paid, any remaining service balance is released or payable to the helper according to the agreed service terms.
